In today’s Signal edition, we’re spotlighting a career path that lives at the intersection of science, sports, and strategy: the Performance Dietitian. It’s a role that blends clinical precision with culinary operations, and it might just be one of the most overlooked (and well-compensated) careers in professional sports.
