What if I told you Hailey Bieber just gave us a masterclass in goal-setting?

I recently fell down a YouTube rabbit hole. All about how Hailey Bieber (allegedly) plotted her way into becoming Mrs. Bieber. (IYKYK!) True or not, three things stood out:

And that got me thinking... what if more of us went after our careers or our dream lives like that? What if you became that focused on your own path?

How to channel focused obsession toward your next-level goals

Not “I want to grow.” Not “I want to do something more meaningful.”

Channel your inner Hailey. She had clarity. You need it too. Get specific about the job, the business, the life you’re working toward. Vague dreams lead to vague results.

→ What do you want to build?

→ Who do you want to become?

→ How will you know when you’ve arrived?

👶 Get specific. Because clarity drives strategy. You can’t go all in on a blurry goal.

Hailey understood the world around her dream. She knew who and what surrounded her goal.

She paid attention to people, patterns, behaviors, and timing.

Ask yourself:

→ Who’s doing what you want to do?

→ Who are the key players in your industry?

→ What are the unspoken rules of your industry?

→ What rooms are decisions made in?

→ What skill gaps or trends can you take advantage of before everyone else catches on?

👶 Obsessed people do their homework. They’re not winging it, they’re learning the game.

Hailey didn’t make this happen overnight. Your goals won’t either.
